As with any online purchase or service engagement, the following terms and conditions govern our Refund Policy. By purchasing a course, subscribing to a service, or engaging in any project on the Codnets website, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions outlined below.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: COURSES & IT SERVICES
Codnets reserves the right to postpone or cancel any scheduled training session, project, or service delivery due to unavoidable circumstances such as instructor illness, system failure, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or pandemic situations like COVID-19).
Refund Policy:
No refund will be provided for any purchased courses or IT services once payment has been made.
Access to the course, service materials, or client portals will be permanently revoked if any misuse is detected, including sharing with multiple users, redistributing materials, or using content for duplication or unauthorized purposes. Such accounts will be blocked immediately without refund.
In cases where Codnets cancels or postpones an event or training due to internal reasons, learners will be offered rescheduling options or equivalent course credits.
Re-Attendance Policy:
If learners wish to re-attend an instructor-led online class or continue a previously paused service, the decision of acceptance or denial will remain solely at the discretion of Codnets management.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION
Every dispute, difference, or question that may arise between the parties or any person claiming under them, related to or arising from this agreement, shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by Codnets. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on all parties.
The venue for arbitration will be Irving, Texas (United States). All disputes and legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Irving, Texas, USA.
