The Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator course is designed to equip IT professionals with the knowledge and skills required to plan, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services at an enterprise level. The course provides a comprehensive understanding of how to evaluate, deploy, manage, and secure Microsoft 365 services and applications to support modern workplace needs. 

It covers essential areas such as tenant and service management, identity and access management, compliance and security, collaboration, and supporting enterprise-level workloads. Participants learn how to design and implement modern device services, manage Microsoft 365 governance, ensure data protection and compliance, and enable secure collaboration across an organization. By completing this course, learners gain the expertise to serve as enterprise administrators who can effectively manage Microsoft 365 environments and support business requirements through secure, reliable, and scalable cloud-based solutions.

ENTERING LEVEL REQUIREMENT

  • Basic IT background: Some knowledge of networking, operating systems, Active Directory, and cloud concepts.
  • Entry-level IT certifications (helpful, not always required):
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ (for foundational IT and security knowledge).
  • Microsoft MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (a good starting point).

CERTIFICATIONS

For the Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification, Microsoft requires candidates to first earn one of the prerequisite certifications and then pass the MS-102

  1. Pass the MS-102 Exam Once you have an eligible associate-level certification, you must pass the MS-102 exam, which assesses your ability to implement and manage Microsoft 365
