Cancellation and Refund Policy: Courses and IT Services

Codnets reserves the right to postpone or cancel any scheduled class, training, or service engagement due to unavoidable circumstances such as instructor illness, natural disasters, political instability, or unforeseen technical issues.

No refunds will be provided for any purchased courses, subscriptions, or digital services once payment has been processed.

If it is found that course materials, service deliverables, or project assets have been shared with others, accessed by multiple unauthorized users, or used for duplication or redistribution, the associated account or project will be terminated, and access revoked without refund.

Clients or learners requesting to re-attend instructor-led sessions, continue paused projects, or modify existing services may be allowed or denied at the sole discretion of Codnets management.

All disputes or differences arising out of or related to this agreement shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by Codnets. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding on all parties. The venue for arbitration will be Hyderabad (Telangana), India, and all legal proceedings will fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
